Górnośląsko - Zagłębiowska Metropolia undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its mobile application in accordance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.
The Accessibility Declaration applies to the Transport GZM mobile application.

Digital Accessibility Status
This mobile application is non-compliant with the annex to the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the inconsistencies and exclusions listed below.
Inaccessible Content
Non-compliance with the Annex
- Some graphics lack appropriate alternative text;
- Some decorative graphics do not have properly formatted alternative text;
- The registration form contains CAPTCHA protection;
- Some labels are incorrectly associated with form fields;
- Some parts of the application lack correct header structure;
- No possibility to display content in landscape orientation;
- Some text lacks adequate contrast;
- Some non-text elements lack adequate contrast;
- Inability to operate the application using a keyboard due to the lack of well-visible focus on all elements;
- No possibility to extend the scanning time for QR codes;
- The application contains automatically changing content without the possibility to pause it;
- Some buttons lack appropriate labels informing the user of their purpose;
- Not all interactive elements have a well-visible keyboard focus;
- No validation of data entered in the form;
- No accessible information regarding incorrectly entered data in the login form.

We prepared the declaration based on an assessment carried out by Utilitia Sp. z o.o. for Digital Accessibility.
The results of the assessment are presented in the Audit Report.
Facilities, Limitations and Other Information
We inform you that we are currently conducting development activities involving the provided mobile application. Upon completion of these works, the highest possible level of compliance with the WCAG 2.1 standard will be achieved.

Everyone has the right to demand digital accessibility of this mobile application or its elements.
When submitting such a request, please provide:

- The version number of the mobile application and information about the exact location of the digital accessibility issue,
- A description of the problem and the way of resolving it that would be most convenient for you.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, no later than within 7 days from receipt.
If this deadline is too short for us, we will inform you. This notice will include a new deadline by which we will correct the errors you reported or prepare the information in an alternative way. This new deadline will not exceed 2 months.
If we are unable to ensure digital accessibility of the mobile application or content indicated in your request, we will offer you access to them in an alternative manner.
Handling of Requests and Complaints Related to Accessibility
If, in response to your request for ensuring digital accessibility, we refuse to provide the requested accessibility and you disagree with this refusal, you have the right to lodge a complaint.
You also have the right to file a complaint if you disagree with using the alternative access method we proposed in response to your request for digital accessibility.

Other Information
Architectural Accessibility
The seat of the Metropolitan Office of the Upper Silesian - Zagłębie Metropolis in Katowice is located at 21A Barbary Street, 40–053 Katowice. The coordinator for architectural, digital, and information and communication accessibility is Małgorzata Połap, e-mail: m.polap@metropoliagzm.pl, phone: +48 32 718 07 65. The Upper Silesian - Zagłębie Metropolis building has 3 entrances – the main front entrance from Hercena Street, a side entrance also from Hercena Street, and a rear entrance from Szmausa Street. Each entrance has stairs. Stair steps are marked with contrasting strips. Stairs throughout the building are equipped with handrails. Wheelchair users can access the ground floor via stair platforms. The main entrance is designated for guests. The glass doors of the main entrance are marked with contrasting tapes. Corridors and rooms throughout the building are accessible to wheelchair users. On the ground floor, there is an elevator adapted for people with disabilities. The elevator has voice messages and buttons marked with Braille. On the ground floor, in the right and left wings of the building, there are toilets for people with disabilities. The ground floor in the left wing also includes a room adapted for a mother with a child. Outside the building, three parking spaces are designated for people with disabilities. Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed into the building and all its rooms. Rooms in the building are not marked with plaques featuring raised numbers and Braille, nor are there contrasting or large-print markings for visually impaired persons. The building does not have room layout plans presented with tactile maps. Audible navigation systems for blind persons are not used in the building. The building has arrows or illuminated signs indicating evacuation directions.
Communication and Information Accessibility
A person interested in handling official matters with the assistance of a sign language interpreter is required to report this fact at least 2-3 working days before the planned date of handling the matter.
