This mobile application is non-compliant with the annex to the Act of April 4, 2019, on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the non-compliances and exclusions listed below.

- The registration form includes a CAPTCHA security measure;
- Some labels are incorrectly associated with form fields;
- In some parts of the application, the heading structure is incorrect;
- No possibility to display content in landscape orientation;
- For some text, there is insufficient contrast;
- For some non-text elements, there is insufficient contrast;
- No possibility to operate the application using the keyboard due to the lack of a clearly visible focus on all elements;
- No option to extend the QR code scanning time;
- The application features automatically changing content. No option to pause;
- Some buttons lack appropriate labels informing the user of their purpose;
- Not all interactive elements have a clearly visible keyboard focus;
- No validation of the data entered in the form;
- No available information on incorrectly entered data in the login form.

We prepared the declaration based on the study conducted by Utilitia Sp. z o.o. for the sake of Digital Accessibility.

We inform you that we are in the process of developmental activities concerning the provided mobile application. Upon completion of these works, the highest possible level of compliance with the WCAG 2.1 standard will be achieved.

Architectural Accessibility
The headquarters of the Upper Silesian – Zagłębie Metropolis Office in Katowice is located at ul. Barbary 21A, 40-053 Katowice. The coordinator for architectural, digital, and informational communication accessibility is Anna Proksa, e-mail: a.proksa@metropoliagzm.pl, phone +48 32 718 07 20. There are three entrances to the Upper Silesian – Zagłębie Metropolis building – the first main one from ul. Hercena, the second side entrance from ul. Hercena, and the third rear one from ul. Szmausa. Each entrance has steps. The steps of the entrances are marked with contrasting stripes. The stairs throughout the building are equipped with handrails. Persons in wheelchairs can access the ground floor via stair platforms. The main entrance is designated for guests. The glass doors of the main entrance are marked with contrasting tapes. Corridors and rooms are accessible for persons in wheelchairs throughout the building. There is an elevator on the ground floor adapted for persons with disabilities. The elevator is equipped with voice announcements and has buttons marked with Braille. On the ground floor of the building, in the right and left wings, there are toilets for persons with disabilities. In the left wing on the ground floor, there is also a room adapted for mothers with children. Three parking spaces for persons with disabilities have been designated in front of the building. Access to the building and all its rooms is allowed with an assistance and guide dog. The rooms in the building are not labeled with plaques featuring raised numbers and Braille nor are there contrasting or enlarged print labels for visually impaired individuals. There are no layout plans presented using tactile maps. There are no sound navigation systems for blind individuals utilized in the building. The building features arrows or illuminated signs indicating the direction of evacuation.
Communication and informational accessibility
Individuals seeking to conduct business at the Upper Silesian – Zagłębie Metropolis Office in Katowice with the help of a Polish Sign Language interpreter are required to notify this in writing at least 3 working days before the scheduled date of the matter (excluding emergencies). The interpretation service is free of charge.
Currently, there is no option to use the services of a sign language interpreter via electronic communication.
Individuals who need the assistance of a SKOGN interpreter during their dealings with the Office should submit such a request in writing at least 3 working days before the planned visit to the Office (excluding emergencies). The interpretation service is free of charge.

The Office building does not have induction loops.
Individuals who have permanent or occasional difficulties in communication (hereinafter referred to as entitled individuals) have the right to utilize, in their dealings with the GZM Office in Katowice, the assistance of a chosen person, i.e., a person who is at least 16 years old and has been chosen by the entitled person to facilitate communication and assist in matters before public administration authorities.
