Funds from the Silesian Public Services Card can be withdrawn only via the mBank website: https://www.mbank.pl/msp-korporacje/karty/karta-skup/

To do this, you will need the data on the ŚKUP card: card number, card account number, card expiry date, and in the case of a personalized card, additionally: first name, last name and PESEL number.

From October, it will not be possible to redeem money from the ŚKUP card on the Transport GZM portal and at Passenger Service Points.
