The filing of the claim by the passenger does not stop the course of dates related to the necessity to pay the additional charge and the transport charge by the passenger. The payment of the amount due by the passenger does not stop the consideration of the filed claim. The claims against the imposed additional charges are not considered, if three months have passed from the date of the additional charge issuance to the date of claim filing.
  5. The additional charge and the transport charge is returned, and in the case of the call for payment – remitted, if during the clarification actions it turns out that the lack of ticket validation or its unreadable or erroneous validation was caused by the improper operation of the equipment installed in vehicles or resulted from a failure of mobile applications (does not apply to a failure of passenger’s device).
