Passenger Service Points

At Passenger Service Points, you can buy tickets, obtain information about public transport Transport GZM, file a complaint, claim, or application. Additionally, you can also collect a Metrocard at POPs.

 

Points opening hours:

Mondays - Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
Saturdays: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;
Sundays and public holidays - closed.

 

Exceptions:

1. Office at ul. Barbary 21a in Katowice (ZTM headquarters), which serves passengers:

on Mondays from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 
from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 07:00-15:00,
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays - closed

 

2. Office at the Katowice train station, which is open on Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00 (other days unchanged).
