The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis (GZM) undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its mobile applications in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.
The accessibility statement applies to the Transport GZM mobile application available in the Google Play and App Store stores.
Date of publication of the mobile application: 2023-08-07.
Date of last significant update: 2023-10-01.
Compliance status
The mobile application is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the incompatibilities or exclusions listed below.
Inaccessible elements and content
The navigation bars have dynamic variable content, which may make it difficult for visually impaired people to determine the focus position in the application.
There are no labels for some of the back buttons, animated graphics indicating that the application is loading, which may make it difficult for people with visual impairments to use it effectively.
Some list elements have a marked element in the form of a radio button and not the entire list element, which may make it difficult for people with visual impairments to use it.
The system "back" button does not work for selected views, which may make it difficult for people with visual impairments or manual disabilities to use it.
Some screens have different buttons for the same purpose (ticket purchase "?" and "Ticket details"), which may be confusing for people with
manual impairments or the elderly.
The interaction area of the graphic element overlaps with the view close button at the message asking to log in or register.
Please be advised that the provided mobile application is not the final solution. Full compliance with the WCAG 2.1 standard for the mobile application has been planned as part of the launch in the last stage of the GZM Transport System implementation.
