- Some graphics do not have appropriate alternative text;
- Some decorative graphics lack properly formatted alternative text;
- The registration form includes a CAPTCHA security feature;
- Some labels are incorrectly associated with form fields;
- In parts of the application, there is no proper heading structure;
- There is no option to display content in landscape orientation;
- For some text, there is insufficient contrast;
- For some non-text elements, there is insufficient contrast;
- The application cannot be operated using the keyboard due to the lack of clearly visible focus on all elements;
- There is no option to extend the time for scanning QR codes;
- Some content in the application is automatically changing. There is no option to pause;
- Some buttons do not have appropriate labels informing the user of their purpose;
- Not all interactive elements have visible keyboard focus;
- There is a lack of validation for input data in the form;
- There is no accessible information about incorrectly entered data in the login form.

Other information
Architectural Accessibility
The seat of the Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolitan Authority is located at 21A Barbary Street, 40-053 Katowice. The coordinator for architectural, digital, and informational-communication accessibility is Anna Proksa, email: a.proksa@metropoliagzm.pl, phone: +48 32 718 07 20. There are three entrances to the Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolitan Authority building: the main entrance from Hercena Street, a side entrance from Hercena Street, and a rear entrance from Szmausa Street. All entrances to the building have stairs. The steps are marked with contrasting stripes. Stairs in the entire building are equipped with handrails. Persons in wheelchairs can access the ground floor using stair platforms. The main entrance is designated for guests. The glass doors of the main entrance are marked with contrasting tape. Corridors and rooms throughout the building are accessible to persons in wheelchairs. There is an elevator on the ground floor adapted for persons with disabilities, equipped with voice announcements and buttons marked in Braille. Accessible restrooms for persons with disabilities are located in the right and left wings of the building on the ground floor. Additionally, a room adapted for mothers with children is also located in the left wing of the building on the ground floor. There are three designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities in front of the building. Access to all rooms in the building is allowed with assistance dogs. Rooms in the building are not marked with plaques containing raised numbers and Braille, and there are no contrasting or enlarged print markings for people with visual impairments. The building does not provide plans of room layouts represented by tactile maps. There are no auditory navigation systems for blind individuals. The building features arrows or illuminated signs indicating the direction of evacuation.
Communication and Information Accessibility
Individuals interested in dealing with matters at the Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolitan Authority in Katowice with the assistance of a Polish Sign Language interpreter are required to notify this in writing at least 3 working days before the planned date of the matter (does not apply to emergency situations). The interpreting service is free of charge.
Currently, there is no option to use the assistance of a sign language interpreter through electronic communication means.
If you require the assistance of a SKOGN interpreter when contacting the Authority, you should notify this need in writing at least 3 working days before your planned visit to the Authority (does not apply to emergency situations). The interpreting service is free of charge.

The building of the Authority does not have induction loops.
Individuals with permanent or temporary communication difficulties (hereinafter referred to as eligible individuals) have the right to use the assistance of an adopted person, that is, a person over the age of 16 who has been chosen by the eligible individual to facilitate communication with the eligible person and assist them in dealing with matters in public administration.
