Accounts in the GZM system


How can I delete my account and unsubscribe from the services?

At any time, you can close your account in the GZM Transport system. If you have any unused tickets or remaining funds on your account, the closure will be possible after returning the tickets and providing the account number to which we can transfer the unused funds. You can close the account using both the Mobile Application and the Customer Portal

Closing an account

Log in to your account and click on the "Settings" tab, then select "Account" and "Close Account."

 

You can also close the account by clicking on the email address in the upper right corner of the logged-in main account panel and selecting "Support."

 

On the "My Requests" screen, choose "Applications" and "Create New." From the dropdown list, select "Application for account closure" and click the "Go to application" button.

 

You will be taken to the "Application for account closure" screen, where you should choose the "Submit Application for Account Closure" option.

 

While submitting such an application, you can also check the appropriate box next to "Application for forgetting personal data." If you do this, your previously registered transactions will be anonymized.

 

If you have unused tickets on your account, the system will remind you to return them. The funds from any returns will increase the balance of your account. Upon account closure, the balance will be transferred to the bank account number you provide. Account closure is authorized by a PIN code.

Closing an account

In the app, select the account settings function (the silhouette icon). Then, choose "Account" and click on your account entry (only your name will be displayed at this point). Next, select the "Close Account" option.

 

On the "Account Closure" screen, you have the option to anonymize previously registered personal data. After clicking the "Submit Account Closure Request" option, the app will ask you to enter your PIN number to authorize the operation.
