What is the difference between personal account and anonymous?
To use the GZM Transport system, you need to create an account (Individual Customer Account - ICA). You can create either a personalized or an anonymous account

Named account
A named account stores your personal data and photo. This type of account allows you to use the full functionality of the system. You can purchase any ticket from the tariff, save your discount in the system, and travel without the need to show documents during ticket inspections (after confirming the discount during the first inspection).
Anonymous account
An anonymous account doesn't store personal data or a photo. This type of account only allows you to purchase selected tickets (tickets for presentation). If you have an anonymous account, you can personalize it at any time (convert it to a named account). To do this, select the "Personalize" option displayed at the top of the User Panel for the anonymous account, next to the message: "Limited access! Personalize your account to access all functionalities. Personalize."

Anonymous Account
An anonymous account doesn't store personal data or a photo. This type of account only allows you to purchase selected tickets (tickets for presentation). With such an account, you can personalize it at any time (convert it to a named account). To do this, choose the account settings function (the silhouette icon), then select "Anonymous," and choose the option "Convert to named (personalized) account."
The app will ask, "Do you have a ŚKUP account?" You can import data from your ŚKUP card if you have one. To do this, provide your ŚKUP card number and enter the password for it. Your data will be automatically imported. If you don't have a card or don't want to import data from it, choose "No, I don't have one" and manually fill out the form.
