Purchasing a ticket

Purchasing tickets in the GZM Transport System is only possible for registered users after logging into the Mobile Application or the Customer Portal. 

How to buy a ticket?

Log in to your Individual User Account and select the "Bilety" (Tickets) tab, then choose "Kup bilet" (Buy Ticket).

 

You can also purchase a ticket from the "Start" tab by selecting "Zarządzaj" (Manage) under the "Bilety" section, where the "Kup bilet" (Buy Ticket) function is available. Choosing the "Kup bilet" option will display a list of available tickets.

 

Select a ticket option from the list and configure its parameters. Then confirm your choice by selecting "Kup bilet" to add the selected item to your "koszyk" (cart).

 

To complete the ticket purchase, proceed to your "koszyk" (cart) and click on "Przejdź do płatności" (Proceed to Payment).

 

On the "Potwierdzenie i płatność" (Confirmation and Payment) screen, you can change the default payment method if desired.

 

Click "Zapłać" (Pay).

 

If the payment is successfully processed, the purchased ticket will be immediately saved to your account. It will be visible in the "Bilety" (Tickets) tab. Transaction details can be found in the "Transakcje" (Transactions) tab, where you can generate and download an invoice.

How to buy a ticket?

Purchase of a long term ticket

Log in to your account and select the "Tickets" icon located on the navigation bar of the application, which is the second icon from the right.

The "Kup bilet" (Buy Ticket) screen will be displayed, showing available ticket categories for your account. First, choose the ticket category, and then select the type of ticket you want to buy.

 

Set the start date for the ticket's validity, choose between a regular or discounted ticket, and select the city if you want the ticket to be valid in a specific city or multiple cities. Then, choose the payment method (Blik is set as the default) and complete the purchase by sliding the "Kup bilet..." (Buy Ticket...) slider.

 

If the payment is successfully processed, the ticket will be immediately saved to your account. It will be visible in the "Bilety/Moje bilety" (Tickets/My Tickets) tab. Transaction details can be found in the "Transakcje" (Transactions) tab, where you can generate and download an invoice.

 

In case of ticket inspection, click on the active ticket. The displayed QR code just needs to be shown to the inspector.

 

Purchase of a Single Ticket

The mobile application also allows the purchase of single tickets (short-term). These tickets are available after scanning a special QR code on the vehicle. Click on the QR code scanner icon located on the bottom navigation bar of the application and scan the QR code.

 

If the QR code is unreadable, blurred, damaged, or you can't use the scanner in the vehicle, manually enter the six-digit code from the sticker. To do this, select "Wprowadź kod" (Enter Code).

 

After successfully scanning the QR code or entering the six-digit code, the "Nowa podróż" (New Journey) screen will be displayed, showing available tickets for purchase.

 

Choose the ticket you want to buy, indicate whether it's a regular or discounted ticket, and select the number of tickets to purchase (e.g., if you're traveling with friends or family and want to buy tickets for them).

 

If the payment is successfully processed, the ticket will be immediately saved to your account and visible in the "Bilety/Moje bilety" (Tickets/My Tickets) tab. The purchase is also visible in the "Transakcje" (Transactions) tab, where you can generate and download an invoice.

 

In case of ticket inspection, click on the active ticket. The displayed QR code just needs to be shown to the inspector.
