Refund of a ticket
In the GZM Transport System, you can easily request a ticket refund using the Mobile Application or the Customer Portal.
How to return a ticket?
Log in to your account and click on "Tickets," then select the ticket you wish to return.
From the context menu, choose "Return Ticket."
If the ticket is eligible for a refund, the system will automatically calculate the refund amount. Upon accepting the amount, after clicking "Process Ticket Return," your account will be credited with the refund amount.
Note: If you're returning a ticket for which you've previously generated an invoice, the system will automatically generate a corresponding corrective invoice.
How to return a ticket?
Log in to your account and select the "Tickets" icon in the app's navigation bar (the second icon from the right).
In the "My Tickets" section, choose the ticket you want to return, then select "Return Ticket" – this function is available in the upper-right corner of the screen.
The system will calculate the refund amount, and upon accepting the amount, after confirming with the "Process Return" slider, your account will be credited with the refund amount.
Note: If you're returning a ticket for which you've previously generated an invoice, the system will automatically generate a corresponding corrective invoice.
