Start/Stop Travel

Use the GZM Transport app, where you can take advantage of Start/Stop journeys, allowing you to settle rides that are 5, 10, and 15 minutes long. Regardless of how much you travel, with Start/Stop journeys, which you initiate by scanning the QR code in the vehicle, you will not pay more than 13 PLN per day. 

 

Starting a Start/Stop Journey 

Starting a Start/Stop journey involves scanning a QR code inside the vehicle. 

To do this, click on the QR code scanner icon located on the lower navigation bar of the app and scan the QR code. 
 

 

If the QR code is unreadable, blurry, damaged, or you cannot freely use the scanner in the vehicle, manually enter the six-digit code from the sticker. To do this, select "Enter code." 

 

After correctly reading the QR code or entering the six-digit code, a screen with a countdown to the Start/Stop journey will appear. You can either wait for it to start automatically or initiate it manually by sliding the yellow "Start Journey Manually" button. 

How to end your journey?

When getting off, select the ticket in your account, move the slider on the yellow bar to 'End journey'.
