Discount


How to add a discount?

If you have a personalized account in the system, you can independently define the discount applicable to you. This feature is available in the Mobile Application and on the Customer Portal.

Remember! If you define the discount yourself, you must have the supporting document confirming your eligibility for the discount during your travels. When you present it during an inspection, ask the controller to confirm the discount. From that moment on, your discount will be displayed as confirmed in the system, and you won't need to travel with the document anymore. You can also validate the defined discount in the system by visiting any Passenger Service Point.

Saving a discount in the System

Prepare a document confirming your eligibility for the discount. Log in to your account on the Customer Portal. Choose "Start," then "Manage/Discounts," or select the "Settings" tab from the menu, then choose "Discounts."

 

To create a discount in the system, select the "Public Transport" category, and then choose the type of discount from the options available on the list.

 

Click on "Add Document" and provide information about the document that entitles you to the discount.

 

Fill out the form as instructed and choose "Add," then review the data and select "Confirm."

 

To complete the process of saving the discount to your account, provide consent for the processing of personal data contained in the document that entitles you to the discount.

Saving a discount in the system

Log in to your account and select "Your Account" (the human silhouette icon) in the lower right corner. Then, choose "Discounts."

 

Prepare a document confirming your eligibility for the discount. Log in to your account using the mobile app, select "Your Account" (the human silhouette icon in the lower right corner of the screen). Then, choose the "Discounts" option.

 

The app will display a page with a list of available Transport Organizers. To create a discount in the system, select the "Public Transport" category, and then choose the type of discount from the options available on the list.

 

Select "Add Document" and enter information about the document that entitles you to the discount. Fill out the form as instructed and choose "Add," then review the data and select "Add."

 

To complete the process of saving the discount to your account, provide consent for the processing of personal data contained in the document that entitles you to the discount.
