How to top up your account?
In the GZM Transport System, every user can conveniently purchase tickets through the Customer Portal and the Mobile Application. Besides payment methods like BLIK, bank transfer, or credit/debit cards, users can also pay using the funds stored in "Your Account."

Log in to your account on the Portal. On the main user panel page, click "Top Up Account."
On the Order screen, enter the amount you want to add to your account and proceed to pay using your chosen payment method.
Your account balance will be automatically updated. The account balance will be visible on the main user panel page, after selecting the "Start" option.
The minimum top-up amount is 1 PLN.
The account top-up will be visible in the "Transactions" tab.

Log in to your account on the Mobile App. On the main page after logging in, select the "+" icon available on the "Account Balance" bar.
Next, on the "Top Up Your Account" screen, enter the amount you want to add to your account and proceed to pay using your chosen payment method.
Your account balance will be automatically updated. The account balance will be visible on the main page of the user panel.
The minimum payment amount is 1 PLN.
The account top-up will be visible in the "Transactions" tab.
