How to recover a password
If you have forgotten your account password, you can easily recover it without the need to visit a Passenger Service Point. You can recover your password both in the Mobile Application and on the Customer Portal.
I don't remember the password
On the main page of the Customer Portal (transportgzm.pl), click on "Log in," then choose "Forgot your password?".
Enter the email address used to create the account in the form. Click "Send".
You will receive an email to the provided address with a link to reset your password. Go to your email, open the message, and click on the link. Define a new password for your account. After filling out the form, setting a new password, and confirming the change, the system will automatically log you into your account.
I don't remember the password
Select "Log in or create an account" on the application screen.
Next, on the "Log in" screen, choose the option "Forgot your password?". Enter the email address used to create the account in the form. Click "Submit".
